In July of 2009 we got our little furball, Louie. He has forever changed my opinion on the importance of pets--he is definitely part of the family.

We moved to Philadelphia in July of 2010 and absolutely love this city.
Exploring Philadelphia is a huge hobby of mine and it's been great discovering the unique shops, restaurants, museums, and excursions that the city has to offer. We continually try to live more sustainably and our farm share has been a wonderful way to live green-ish.
I am a full time Student Affairs professional and I love what I do! Being in an environment that supports learning and allows me to foster the development of others is the most rewarding job I could be doing. Here, you can read more about my career path.
Why "The Scarlet Cardinal"?
Cardinals have always been a symbol of good luck, in my family. They are a reminder that we are just a small part of the universe and whenever I see one I am reminded to center myself. The red birds will always have a special place in my heart.
