I sauteed the mushroom just slightly in Extra Virgin Olive Oil, then slapped it on one of those fluffy, buttery, brioche buns, fried up an egg, shredded some of that Oregano Cheddar (holydeliciousnessbatman!) and it was one heck of a sammy.
